To ensure I’m able to best service all of my loyal clients, a 50% nonrefundable cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancelling within the 24 hour window from the scheduled appointment. This fee does not include first-time client retainer fees. Your retainer will apply to the total service price once service is rendered. First-time clients may only reschedule once, during which the retainer will be transferred to the new appointment slot. After the first reschedule, the retainer is forfeited and a new retainer will be required to reschedule. Any new client rescheduling more than twice will be blocked from future bookings. I am willing to be lenient in the event of emergencies, I only ask for communication to be open and clear to allow me to manage my business as successfully as possible!
